He's unlocked in the stock 2K roster. He's in the Free Agency pool. I don't know if you are using someone else's roster, but if he is not there, you can unlock him with Leftos' Roster Editor. I can't go over in detail how to, but watch one of Jaosming's tutorials on unlocking hidden players.
