but when i change my OS to Windows 7 64-bit... It always show this message

Hi guys , I'm just gonna ask if you know how to solve my problem
ok so I'm using the CyberFaces Texture Importer Exporter in Windows XP and It's work great
but when i change my OS to Windows 7 64-bit... It always show this message
