I haven't had this problem. did you do some hex editing in the file that could cause this, somehow you've add someone using or sharing one of there names. not sure how to help, but if you want send me the roster and I will take a quick look!

no hex editing, i will send you my roster and will be pleased if some1 help me with this s&%t, im lost so many hours fighting with this that i could create 2 retro rosters ffs. now i delete all new created players in 05/06 to check if this causes the problem with names. but no it is not so now i must create them again.this is sick. whats more strange in 06/07 bug no exist. so maybe i can send you both roster. maybe u find the difference? i cant from week.

skoadam, I know you are having difficulties and want help, but spamming Vlad's thread with this isn't the way to do it.

To help, the reason you are having issues is because the game puts the CAPs in the same ID location. It doesn't matter if you change the player types, you need to "move" the players out of those ID locations to higher or lower in the players tab to make room and create new players. The problem is the Roster Editor does not have everything decoded so if you copy/paste them you will be missing some player data like accessories and other information.

Simply put, there is no good way to do this until the REDitor is out.
