CURIOUS! CF, Tattoos.. Help!

When you have 2K13 to Xbox - Is it possible to use your better cyberfaces, tattoos, jerseys an so on?

I mean, i have downloaded all software (horizon, ros resigner, roster editor....) NOW, can i replace files and portraits and use it on XBOX360, or is it only for PC? Very curious!!!!
