Houston trade help

This is my first post here, I just wanted some advice, I like basketball but dont know the game very well... so i've just started an association with the Rockets. I've got some cap room and would like to get some better players in. I haven't made any trades as yet but wanted to know what trades people suggest. I'm looking to improve C and PF roles, as these seem the weakest.
