PlayVision setting keep resetting in MyCareer

PlayVision setting keep resetting in MyCareer

That option under "Presentation" >> Playvision where I can set to FULL and ALL keeps on resetting everytime I restart my game. Even after I choose SAVE SETTINGS. Anyone face this issue too?
