would you help me convert 2k11 court to 2k13 court ?

personally I like 2k11 Summer Circuit low court...so I want to play it in 2k12 and 2k13 game court. but I can't play it because of difference file structure.

anyone who can convert 2k11 Summer Circuit low court to 2k12, 2k13 game court ? not high court...

files is in 2k11 game folder...s735_lo.iff / f735_lo.iff / led_735_lo.iff

if this could easily be done, I would be playing in that 2k11 street court last year and this year. Unfortunately it isnt as uniform as the faces for conversion.
