Change team in My Career Mode

Hey guys for nba 2k12 i found a program i think it was in chinese that you were able to change who played where easily for My Player mode. Looking for something similar for NBA 2K13 in My Career mode, if anyone knows of anything or a way just to swap 2 players or something it would be appreciated. Thanks
