NBA 2K12 Cyber Face Help

I wanna start making cyber faces, however, every time I attempt at making one using photoshop it always turns out to be a failure. I have watched plenty of videos on youtube showing how to make cyber faces using photoshop and it doesn't seem to help. My big problem is that for some reason when I edit texture 5 and texture 3 of a players face, the end result is the picture that I used of the player being on the face. It doesn't really change the face at all. Could anyone please get me started or send me in the right path to learning how to make cyber faces?

I'm sorry you haven't gotten the answers you'd like yet, but our rules on posting in the wrong section are pretty clear: don't. If it's not a release or preview, it doesn't belong in this section. We also discourage posting the same question in multiple sections because it gets confusing for everyone trying to respond to it.

Sometimes threads asking for help fall by the wayside, it's not that people don't want to help but not everyone has the same knowledge and is online at the same time, so threads end up getting overlooked. My suggestion would be to contact the people who made the tutorials directly to see if they can clear up some points or post in one of the tutorial threads.
