Can someone explain me what is the photomod ?

I have another question, if I download the game on steam, can I use the mods ?

the photomod is a colour effect and shadow correction, & yes u can use all our patches

bro the bobcats have no minilogo on his floor in the real life, that's why i decide to take out from floor file
