Well, actually, for playoff games they put a shirt on everyone's seat before the game, so everyone has the option to wear the same shirt.

guys, i have used Jao's unlock all settings but still the unlockable alternate uniforms for the magic twolves & hornets won't show up. is there a need to rename the filename or something or just put it in the nba2k folder.

there is no unlock for those alternates, there might be a roster around with those unlocked though.

yep, those are default playoff crowds. Stomp version Jordan was making them for the default crowds here - viewtopic.php?f=143&t=84164

Yes, but are the playoff crowds and the season crowds both in the team_###.iff files, and can they be edited separately?

I've downloaded TNeckDME's crowds, but I haven't tested if in the Playoffs you get the default Playoff crowd or his edited Season crowd.

there is only 1 crowd texture in the team_###.iff, so I'm assuming the game does something different to make it playoff themed.

It took me 85 minutes to create the NLSC Roster for NBA 2K12, and I recorded it all. The process shows how I used the forums, the REDitor, and Open Office to create the generic/randomized roster and then the process of uploading and editing my forum threads. Enjoy.

I averaged all the ratings for each player, then assigned the user to a player based on post count to highest average rating.

I updated the download though. I added a second roster that has those D-League teams "unlocked" for play now. That roster will crash My Player/Assocation/Season modes though.
I also reduced the extremeness of the face shapes.

it was done strictly by average player ratings. As seen when you do fantasy drafts the generic D-League players are actually better than some of the bench warmers in the NBA, so that would be why you ended up being a D-League star than a NBA bench warmer.
