How do I get the Alternate Logo Bootup to work? What file do I need to rename it to and copy over?

No need to rename. Did you place it to C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K12 and did you install the game to english language?

I have a request, can you make a version with only wordmark mod (logos_large ; logo_medium ; logo_small) without secondary logo ?

Rated EJ, in logos_large, logos_medium and logos_small you have change logo AND wordmark with your work, right ?
I want to keep primacy logo made by Sixers85 in this files. So the easiest is that I switch your wordmark textures in this 3 files by myself.
Anyway, forget my request, your job is great...
