Among overrated, I'd say O.J. Mayo (lost his starting place in Memphis, ppg, mpg dropped, overall should be about 73), Josh Smith (83 is too much for him, has no shooting touch, should be about 79-80), Rodney Stuckey (inconcistent, bad shooter, deserves about 74), Kawhi Leonard (3rd best rating among rookies, only behind Kyrie Irving and Kemba Walker if I remember well, at this point of his career he doesn't deserve same rating as Richard Jefferson), Josh Childress (struggles for playing time in Phoenix, bad shooter, low averages, doesn't deserve 70).
Among underated is Omer Asik (great post defender, big presence in the paint, valuable member of an elite NBA team, deserves about 63), Tony Allen (one of the best perimeter defenders in the league, and I'd say an underrated scorer, not an explosive, but an efficient one, decent mid range shooter as well, rating has to be mid 70), Marcus Thornton (terrific, ~20 ppg scorer, needs to be 78-79), Rudy Fernandez (great shooter, can score and a terrific passer as well, and in the roster he has only about 42 passing rating. Overall needs to be about 70), DeMar DeRozan (has become a better scorer, improved his 3 point shot dramatically. IMO, deserves 77-78), J.J. Barea (very important member of a Championship winning roster, has to be more than 65), Wesley Matthews (great all-around player, efficent scorer, terrific defender and shooter, who became one of the best shooting guards in the West. Deserves 79-80).
Thanks for your work and good luck in developing the roster.

in a move that was not made public, the Celtics withdrew Green's qualifying offer in mid-December, right around the time he failed his physical and had his one-year, $9 million contract voided. The move means Green is now an unrestricted free agent. Had the offer not been withdrawn, and the Celtics were under no obligation whatsoever to do so, Green would have been a restricted free agent, with the Celtics able to match any offer he might get from another team.

So you could release Green to FA and add Greg Stiemsma to the C's
