Is there a way to convert a 2k13 cyberface into a 2k12 one?

Hello there! I have a few Jayson Tatum cyberfaces for NBA 2k13 and I want to use one of them for Creating a Legend. I know how to use a custom player in the mode and how to assign the CF, but 2k13 CFs obviously don't work. Since this forum still seems active, I would appreciate if someone can outline the process of doing what I need or point me in the right direction. I didn't manage to find the answer on my own.

If someone has straight up Tatum CF for 2k12 it would be even better of course
