Gamez, I won't go down that way easily. Not because I can't do it, but because Vlad Zola Jr. is putting a lot, and I do mean a lot of work into the REditor, and I don't think that the end result, especially this year is something that will disappoint you. I get the fact that we need free smaller tools, I really do, hence Keep My Mod and MIracle My Jersey.

I'll think about it, but, it will have to be something that there's a tutorial to, if I'm going to implement it. I've said it above, if there's a hex editing tutorial out there that has a standard procedure that can be automated by code, just point me to it, and I might as well implement more stuff and make Miracle My Jersey bigger. However, I still have to respect Vlad's work in decoding the roster files and more by hand, and making this great tool called REditor.

A basic roster editor would definitely be cool. Back in the day, the really early days of the community, there were usually a couple of different roster editing tools to pick from, so if you're willing to give that some consideration at some point, that'd be awesome. I definitely understand where you're coming from though but that's my two cents. :)

I know. But given my exams are starting in a week and will last for a month, you're better off waiting for REditor. I will consider it for late February however, if a tutorial comes along and I can automate the hex editing, and I'll be sure to use that experience to build a small roster editor for 2K13. As always, if you want me to try and make an automated hex editing tool, just give me the link to the tutorial thread, and I'll see what i can do.

As I said I completely understand where you're coming from though and with upcoming exams, you've obviously got more important stuff going on right now. Appreciate all you've done with the tools so far so thanks again, and best of luck in your exams! :)

I'll keep that in mind, but I won't begin working on it now. I get so OCD with my projects, that if I start working on a roster editor, I'll probably miss half of my exams trying to finish it.

Let's see what REditor will be doing for free this year first, and late in February, we'll talk again. Until then, I'll keep working on Keep My Mod and Miracle My jersey as needed.

Be patient guys, REDitor is about a week away. And if it turns out to be as good as it seems, not much work, if any, will be needed from me. If anything, if you ask me what I want to work on, is finding the Team Stats in the Association (.FXG) files, and make a tool that will fix them using the Box Scores. If anyone with hex editing experience wants to help me with that, be my guest. That's the only project I'm willing to work on during the exams.

Tired of guessing what hex value to enter to get the actual number you want? Don't fret! The tool now supports entering the lighting values directly in decimal numbers, to relieve you of the trouble of guessing what hex value makes 3.25.

v0.1.4 released!
Includes improvements in batch processing, such as only checking files with an iff extension (which should decrease the time it takes to load folders with many other files), showing progress while the folder is opened (until now progress was shown only during file processing, not the initial checking, although the checking took some time too during which the app was unresponsive), and an option to show the files that could not be opened (to show which jerseys you need to uncompress, or what non-jersey files may be in the folder) instead of showing a generic error.

EDIT: The NLSC download should now be fixed.

hello Leftos,
I have a little problem. The stadium mode works fine but the mode jersey seems to have no effect on the jerseys. Yet the previous version of Miracle my jersey worked very fine...Have you an idea about that ?

pierrebondurant, thanks for noticing that. Apparently I made a minor change in the code that handles jersey editing by mistake when implementing the stadium functionality.

Bug has been fixed, and 0.2.1 has just been released.

Please check it out, tell me if it works correctly now.

i'm having trouble apply these to stadiums, do i have to have another tool to decompress the stadium files before i do it? i'm just clueless on how to apply these updates to stadiums

You need NBA 2K12 Decompressor to decompress the stadiums before you can apply any edits.

Hey Leftos, I just can't seem to get this program to work, I have found ur video tutorials very helpful, wondering if you could make a video tutorial on how to miracle jerseys and a stadium file, how to use the decompressor program.... Would be really helpful..if not thanks for reading.... I have watched every video u posted on YouTube, and they have helped!!!

Here's the tutorial on the Decompressor tool: viewtopic.php?p=1436368#p1436368

After decompressing the file, you can edit it via MMJ/S, and then copy it back to your NBA 2K12 folder.

If you still have issues, give me a more specific problem than "just can't seem to get this program to work", and I'll try to help you. I can't do video tutorials right now.
