Scoreboad Didnt show up

has anybody experienced the same problem and if you know the steps how to revert it back please teach me? man, scoreboard didnt show up i dont know whats wrong with this it happened all of a sudden when my brother installed some patch.. help guys i really hate this..im not used to this. thanks in advance.
