Realistic jerseys and shorts

Hi guys. I wonder if it is possible to make jersey's waistline higher than normal, just like DJ's in this pic.
And also it would be nice if someone would make tighter jersey and shorts, that there would be less movement of the uniform.

how they move is possible to edit - viewtopic.php?f=144&t=82791
but editing the position and size of moving jerseys isn't properly known yet.
