Re-edit players with each new roster?

So I've edited a bunch of players (accessories and certain attributes) from the old roster to my liking. Now that 2K has been releasing new rosters, is there a way to import just those players that I've spent time editing into the new updated rosters? Or I just have to re-edit them? I haven't gotten the new rosters for this reason and wanted to see if there's a trick I don't know about.

I'm guessing re-edit, at least until REDitor comes out perhaps.
