problem with MODTOOL

Hi guys, been having trouble with modtool. whenever i try to open an ".iff" file it gives me the same error message over and over again.



java is updated and i have both 32 and 64 bit downloaded. does anyone know what the problem is? how do you run modtool as an administrator by the way?

right click, run as administrator. I think that will solve this

when i right click on the file, "run as administrator" isn't there.

right click, properties, check off run as administrator
