NBA 2K10 to NBA 2K12

Does anybody know to convert a 2k10 cyberface to a 2k12. I've been trying but I'm not able to extract the headshape from the 2KXX Mod Tool. If anyone is interested or knows how to do it, here is the cf I'm trying to convert.
