How to change retired jersey numbers for each franchise?

Is there a way to change the jersey numbers that each franchise has retired? I do not see any way of doing that via REDitor.

If somebody knows, could you please share that knowledge.

There's no in-game option so if it's not possible via REDitor, it likely can't be done.
