[Request] online problem

Today I managed to connect to the game after a long time I had the impression that server.
When I start the game online, after a few seconds appears to me:
"a network problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing.this game will not be counted."
Does anyone know what can be done about?

This isn't a patch request but rather a technical support issue. As such, it does not belong in the Patching Help & Requests section and has been moved.
Online support in NBA 2K12 leaves much to be desired, so there's no guarantee you'll be able to get everything working. However, make sure you game is up to date with the official patch, you're playing a legal copy of the game and that your security software isn't blocking connections for NBA 2K12.
