Creating a legend freeze after Season 1 on PC

I'm playing CAL with young Kobe (i traded him and Shaq to the 2011/12 Lakers) and just won the championship. After that i press play next game and it shows me the Finals MVP screen and the White House visit and then it gets me to the contract negotiation screen, but i don't get any offers even though i was Finals MVP and if i try to switch teams or select a team(even if there is no team) the game freezes. What should i do?
