My Player Mode Automatic Exit!?!?!

Every time i finished a quarter and after the 2k sports schedule. The game automatically disappear!

How to fix this?

Help me please!

Reinstalling windows helped me on windows xp,
If you are playing on windows 7 try
Right click on shortcut ->Properties -> Compability -> And try switching the compability mode to windows vista, or something
Hope it'll work, cuz I know how it feels
