There are a lot of all-time roster mods right here in NLSC. It seems that these mods are not that complete in terms of considering an 'all-time' roster mod. In this mod, I'm going to step it up to the next level. My main aim is to create the greatest all-time roster mod here in 2k series.
This mod still needs some help. Anyone who's up for the help will be a big contribution to this mod. So far, cyberfaces, shoe patches from respected and well-know 2k series modders and Fifedawg (ratings patcher) contributed. I also made my own cyberfaces for some player who doesn't have any cyberface.
Here are the list of what are going to be in this mod.
Roster:
Compilation of all greatest players on their respected teams
One player could only appear on only one roster
Player is identified with a specific year, where he either received awards, career achievements, career-high stats, etc.
Portraits added and updated to the added players, fully-colored
Correct in-game animations and signature moves for specific players
Correct attributes, tendencies, and hot-spots for specific players
Correct body type, accessories and shoes
Correct player info (bios, drafts, etc.)
Correct cyberface and CAP for specific players

Correct in-game name call on each player
Players should have 3 or more years experience on the team designated to be eligible for the team's roster (except for the Charlotte Bobcats which is the youngest team on NBA since 2004)
Jerseys:
HD jerseys
Modern jerseys with greatest retro jeseys of each franchise
Short shorts used for modern gameplay
Shoes:

Shoes added and change for specific players
Coaches and Staffs:

I'm going to credit all patchers and modder here in NLSC that contributed in this project once I release this.

Note 1: Cyberfaces of Chamberlain, Kerr, and Jones are made by me.
Note 2: Julius Erving had a great career in New York Nets (present-day New Jersey Nets). However, that was ABA and he only spent 3 years in Nets. Erving had more success in 76ers and longer career.
Charlotte Bobcats all-time roster preview

Note 1: This is the youngest team in the NBA so a player who spent only two or more years should be eligible for the all-time roster.
Note 2: Sean May is more productive in points, rebounds, and efficiency given enough time than Boris Diaw.
Note 3: Jason Richardson spent two years in Bobcats. Richardson had more solid career in Warriors and Suns. However, these two teams are filled with great guards and shooters. So, Richardson slides to Bobcats roster making Bobcats a solid contender.
Note 4: Stephen Jackson also had a solid career in Warriors but with the same explanation, he slides to Bobcats roster. He'll play sixth man to provide a great bench depth.
Chicago Bulls all-time roster preview

Note 1: Cyberfaces of Gilmore, Love, and Sloan are made by me.
Note 2: Rodman's cyberface and tattoos are from a patch in 2k10. I forgot who made it but credits to him.
Note 3: Some player's jersey number is the identical to other players. The more player who had a more impact and success will get the number. The other player will use a secondary number he's using if his original number is used. For example, Bob Love and B.J. Armstrong has the same jersey number 10. However, Love had more successful career than Armstrong so he'll get number 10. Armstrong will use 11, the number he's always using in other teams.
