Fix the nose shape, mouth and definitely the jaw and chin and it will be fine...

Jaw should be stronger and less fat (fat is too chubby slim his cheeks, and chin should be longer and more sculptured...That will make him look more like Spo...

That headshot is touched up(under the eyes specifically) so if you use that as the base, you wont get the realistic way that he looks when he is actually on the court during games. I think its also just the teeth he is always showing in real life that throws things off
