You are overwriting with living rosters.
Same problem was for me, now it's okay..

Hey guys, I am really new to this and I got a problem. Whenever I try use any of the rookies they solid white heads and arms. Does anyone know how to fix this?

did you get it to work

I did download your one. I put in appdata/2k sports/2K11/saves. It still doesn't work, the players faces and arms are still white. Not to be critical I love your work, but the rookie ratings are a bit high don't you think. I mean Kemba Walker and Kyrie Irving are both 90.

Yeah I loaded it, and when I go to view roster, they have not got a head and they have white arms. When I play a match there head and arms a still white when they are playing. Do you know how to fix this, it will be much appreciated.

Took ratings from the NCAA mod, so those players just dominate (80-90 OVR)

You need to download and install the NCAA mod, or custom make CFs for the players using the PNG numbers in the first post. If you are playing the game on low player settings, this will not work since the NCAA mod doesn't support low quality anything.
