Remove the sleeve gear of Howard bro in Manage Rosters cuz his sleeve is already applied within his png file that means you wont need to apply gears on him anymore..

i edited kamilli's global and replaced the 2nd armsleeve with techfit,i could give it to ya if kamilli approves of it,might take awhile though my internet is slow..
