re-engineering NBA2K11 retro packs

I'm currently re-engineering my retro seasons packs.

I'm working on the jerseys, logos, and arenas right now.
... I'm almost finished, but I'm still missing the following jerseys:

otherwise I think I have all the jerseys up to 1990.

I'm working from the original 2010 season and am currently working on the 2004-05 season.

It currently looks like this:



I've already started working with some of the tools, but I'm still having problems with the jerseys and courts.

I'm still having the following problems with the courts:
(The first image is always the current court in NBA 2K11, and the second image is how it should look (taken from NBA 2K14))


Question: Does anyone have the improved courts for NBA 2K11, or is it possible for anyone to convert the courts from NBA 2K14 to NBA 2K11?
What I've found out is that the courts in NBA 2K11 are assembled from various files, while in NBA 2K14 there is a single file that displays the court.

P.S. i just took a look on "courts" downloads section for 2k11 and all the courts i checked are also one file (fxxxx.iff), the same like 2k13 and 2k14 courts.
