How to activate and recognize jerseys?

How can I disable / activate the jerseys using Reditor? For example, I want to edit the Rosters uploaded by the recent nba 2k11 update which recognizes the UTP Jersey patch.

you need the a pay license to edit those fields, if you dont have it, you cant edit it
