Play with D-League Teams in Exhibition mode

Can someone please tell me which fields I need to modify (using Reditor) to at least play with the D-League Teams in exhibition mode ?

in the future, pick between a PM or a post first, then do the other

change ishidden and teamtype to match NBA teams
