Creating a 2011-2012 Assocation

Hi,
I want to start a 2011-2012 assocation with the Sacramento Kings after simming the 2010-2011 season. The thing is I want to have all the 2011-2012 rookies on the right teams and all the right trades happening. I've tried controlling thirty teams and making every team get the right pick but the problem is I don't think I can resign from all the other 29 GM jobs after the draft. Can anyone help me?
