Mod Tool Help

When click ImportRes, an error that says "java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K11\global.iff (Access is denied)" always pops up. I try moving the .dds files to different folders, but nothing works. I tried updating Java. I tried reinstalling the Mod Tool, but nothing works. Please help me!

try moving the iff file to the desktop or to the root C:/ "folder"

make sure that you also run the program as administrator and it probably woudlnt hurt if your user account was an administrator as well.

How do I run the program as administrator?

well, I was going to say right click it, but it doesnt look like you can run it as an administrator.....the option doesnt show up on my computer
