Editing 2k11 startup screen?

I can't seem to find it, I read in a locked thread that it might be titlepage.iff but I couldn't find it in there. Has anyone else edited the startup screen yet and know anything such as the resolution that should be used? Or anything else pertinent? Thanks.

So it was a texture within titlepage.iff only problem is that its in a .dds, I'm assuming I need to convert that to a .png and back to a dds in order to edit it?

or you can just edit it as a dds with photoshop or GIMP (with a plugin)
