How to retrieve NBA 2k11 USER/PASSWORD

I know the patch is out for pc..now that i want to test the ol functionality i forgot my user & password.. I have a legit cdkey coz im using dvd version bought at datablitz.. I already email their techsupport as indicated in their manuals but i doubt they will respond on that.. hope someone can help me how to retrieve my user/password..

just stick with techsupport, they are the ones that can help you with that, not us.
