14 man draft sim league(360)

14 man draft league with 10 minute quaters looking for 6 owners.this is a chilled out league i will not be annoying you everyday to get games in all you have to do is play a minimum of 2 games a week
-sim rules but not nazi strict
-50% pip - fast break
-on ball defence
-no hopstep and lead pass abusing
-no hopsteping with your centre at any time
-3 point trade rule, 5 points if 2 for2 and 8 points for 3 and above
-you can fast break of rebounds but through your pg

HOF Sim sliders with little tweaks
-inside and close shot 48 instead of 45
-mid range 51 instead of 50
-3pnt 48 instead of 45
-pass accuracy will be 55 instead of 50 to promote more ball movement
Any other ideas are welcome if majority are down with it
