Change position of an image in global.iff

In the file global, the image number 627 is the NBA Finals patch, so I though is possible to chage its position to the right side?, so we could have the trophy logo and the NBA logo on both sides

its something that is placed in the jersey files, not in the global.iff, and no I dont think anyone has found out how to move it.
