Dynamic Crowd Attendance?

i just would like to ask about the dynamic crowd feature of the game. I noticed that the crowd stays the same no matter what game I play in Association mode. If I play a bobcats vs. pacers game with the pacers on a lossing streak the crowd should be less right? But it appears to me that the crowd is the same no matter what. Is this feature only present during online play or even if I play a quick game or association the crowd will also be dynamic?

I know for a fact it's present in My Player, because recently I played the Suns who are doing atrocious and there were a number of empty seats in the stands. It's also present in Quick Play and I would assume Association. You probably have to make sure your crowd settings are set to "high" in the display options.
