LEG TATTOES

Hi guys i'm new here and I'd like to know if there's a way to add leg tattoes to players like LeBron (witness and history) or the birdman (the birds)...I just tought that if You can add an accessory texture ( i mean sleeves and leg sleeves like in 2k10) probably there's a way to do that also for the tats

we can add tatoes for the leg,but we cant make it personal..
exmpl:if we put tatoes on lebron leg,all player with same skin color with lebron will have this tatoes too..
