Creating Association/Dynasty for beginners

I hope I'm in the right section opening these topic. I'm thinking it would be better if someone willing to handle a nomination for those beginners like me that are willing to make their association/dynasty and share here in the site. Those beginners that has only 1 or 2 post of their association can join, and maybe 1~50 or 50~100 post made can be qualify to join, something like that..
