Were you the one that made a thread about buying a new laptop for 2K11? The graphics chip geforce 310m is entry level, which means it is a budget card and not designed for gaming. You should have done your homework. Yes your cpu is too slow to run the game. You could lower the graphics if you want.

Lower the graphics is a must if you want flawless gameplay.

I play with high graphics and high arena I turned off the bench players and it runs fine oh one more thing. I'm on windows 7 and can't find my saves folder, can somebody help me?

open the start menu, in the search bar type in %appdata% with the % signs, press enter, 2ksports folder, 2k11, saves, etc.
