Cyberface Hack in MyPlayer!

Hey is there any way I can add an Nba Player's tattoos to my MyPlayer but not the cyberface? ( Like putting Carmelo Anthony's tattoos on my MyPlayer but still having a generic or another player's cyberface) Please answer. Im using Kris's Cyberface Hack

you have to create a custom CF iff file with whatever face you want with melo's tattoos
