Question about Scoreboard

Hello! I just want to change the Picture of Doris Burke, I've never Edit NBA2K file before. So what is the file that I need to EDIT and What kind of Editor should I use? Some Tips and Tutorial will be a great help and I will appreciate it so much! Thanks

gooey_global.iff and you have to use the 2k9 iff editor
