2k10 account help!!!!!!!!!

I recently downloaded my NBA 2k11 and i am unable to create a user account

i was told i can use a nba 2k10 account instead and that will fix the problem can any one create a account for me to use online any help will be appriciated

the cd-key i was provided doesn't work i reported this and was givin another cd-key and it still didn't work

so i decided to just go with the 2k10 account option is there any way u can help?

contact 2k support then. creating accounts for someone else isnt going to happen here.
