Intentional Foul Glitch in Association Mode

It's starting to cause me some losses because I can't foul my opponent's team. I read that if you do the "Intra Scrimmage", it will automatically turn off your intentional foul even if it's turned on in your rules settings. Is there any way to fix this bug? It's really annoying.

If you're a PC user, you have to wait for the patch to come out for the PC. If you are a 360/PS3 user, you need to connect to Xbox Live/PS Network to get the update.

maybe just run at the opponent spamming steal?

Hmm..I encountered this on NBA 2k10, not sure if it's working. But try to restore the settings to default.
