Can someone edit hairstyles in My Player?

The created player hairstyles are pretty bad across the board (some better than others) but a lot of the short African American hairstyles are just bad. I wanna know if someone can just make normal short black hair (specifically a Dark Caesar), not "Buzz medium" not "Natural Waves" or "Natural Patches" just an even low haircut with accurate texture quality. Hell, a nappy mini fro (shorter than "Afro Short") would be just as welcome, at least for me, because I wear my hair a little longer. I just think it is sad that DOZENS of players CF's in the game have an even low, short, normal, plain African American haircut and my player can't have one without a dumb "part" or widows peak or something else that looks weird.
