Team Chemistry Hex Locations?

There is apparently some kind of bug with Team Chemistry, which is breaking other parts of the game.

If someone already knows this ...I need to know where this Team Chemistry is, so that I can hack it to be an artificially high number, such that teams don't shoot themselves in the foot.
