Weird shit happening in my game, anyone else?

So I've had two really weird things happen in the last few games. The first was when I was playing as the Craptors against the Heat, Jay Triano randomly walked out onto the court during one of my offensive sets. The second one was after a time out, I had a fast break with Orlando and I saw Chris Duhon who was standing on the free throw line, so I direct passed to A (the point guard)... only to see the ball fly over his head and go back to Jameer Nelson up the other end of the court. I watched the replay and realized I had 6 players on the court. I'm going to upload videos of this soon but has anyone else had this sort of thing happen?

a couple people have uploaded stuff before. it's a glitch where a bench player ends up on the court or the coach just starts walking out there like a timeout. same kind of stuff from last year with the inbound passer running onto the court before passing.

I don't know if this is a Glitch or just part of the Game, less than 10 seconds left in the 4th Quarter My Player is taking his 2nd FT, we are up by 3Pts against the LAKERS and while my player is dribbling the ball in the FT line, I noticed that Coach P.Jackson is inside the Court beside Kobe Bryant. Is it Normal. I didn't capture it with a video or screenshot.

I've had a coach walk onto the court before also. I believe it's only happened once though.

They should've T-ed up Triano's ass
