Bench Players and 3rd Streams

I'd like the great modders to start making better CF's for Rookies, 3rd Streamers and Bench players.

Seems everyone is always releasing 3 to 6 version of the same player. Koresh_NIK releases a Dirk, then hours later 3 other modders got Dirk's. MiR releases Howard, then hours later 5 other modders got Howards.

Just seems like a waste of time if everyone is focused on the same player trying to out do or reconvert / edit the same CF.

There are other players on these teams that no one is focusing on! I've only seen one modder and that's ily94 who has released CF's for a full team. And for that it's much respect.

Can we get the guys to really focus on different players, instead of everyone releasing the same 1 player.

I don't know if this is considered a request or not, but please can someone do that?

isn't it much more waste of time to edit a face you probably won't see anyway? just a thought.

and btw, i released the dirk bec koresh's hairline was wrong so i asked permission to edit it.. i guess MiR's reason for releasing a dirk is because he thinks koresh's hair was too dark (which i though was good since dirk's blonde is dark on most parts when you look at him from afar).. My point here is that each person has their own tastes so you can't really stop people from doing multiple versions of the same guys, especially when the guy they want to edit is their favorite player, they'll always find imperfections in any custom CF that we release.

but then there's this website created by lunatic wolf, the cyberface emporium.. http://tcfe.userboard.net/ .. we've been trying to get people like you who complain about too many CF's for the more important players to come up and join the site, vote for who they think is the best.. i hope you can join, contribute and help promote the site.. it would at least help CF patchers know who they should make or who they shouldn't, while also providing you guys the opportunity to be able to download the best of the best..

Lol, I wasn't complaining, but you definitely helped make my point. I looked into that site, just haven't had time to register yet. But I don't see how voting who is the best will motivate anyone to work on other players. And rather they play 2 mins or 1 min. They are in the NBA and eventually they will play, so why not want them accurate. Does it make them any less of a player if they don't score 10 to 20 points a night

I agree. I would love to see more work in making classic cyberfaces and players without faces. More role players. Even fictional players.

i think that site though will help showcase the best CFs.. and most of the time when there's already a great CF of someone, then CF makers usually wont make another one.. but like i said, certain people have certain tastes and they think they'd make a better this or a better that.. but at least having that site, it would be easier to see if you still have to do these certain players or not.. well at least thats what im hoping for in the future, the site hasnt really been visited much yet
