White cyberface texture editing tutorial

Does anyone have a tutorial about that?

that's just an occlusion map it seems, you can probably render one out that's similar enough if you're using something like maya or 3ds max, and blender too probably but it won't make a huge difference. Its just there to emphasize the dark cavities a bit in game, its probably easiest to just edit it in photoshop but really you're unlikely to see any huge difference i don't think.
